PPRC Pipe
Plastherm PPRC pipes and fittings are produced from Polypropylene Random Copolymer (PP-R Type 3) raw material. They are designed for in-building hot and cold domestic water plumbing, radiator and combi boiler systems, underfloor heating distribution lines and industrial applications such as compressed air.

General information
Plastherm PPRC pipes and fittings are produced from Polypropylene Random Copolymer (PP-R Type 3) raw material. Because of the monomer structure of the raw material, no biological matter can harbour within it; it does not impart colour, taste or odour to water. Under recommended operating conditions, its service life exceeds 50 years.
Standard PP-R pipe is single-layer PP-R; it is the standard product for in-building hot/cold domestic water plumbing and is produced in PN 16 and PN 20 classes. Dimensions comply with DIN 8077; the S pipe series and SDR values determine the pressure class.
